My name is Fred Bolton, and my journey into the Spanish property market began in 2002. Alongside two close friends, we co-founded a business dedicated to helping British and Irish buyers secure properties in Spain. With one of us based in Northern Ireland, another in the South of Ireland, and our third partner on the ground in Spain, we created a company that quickly found success. The global economic crash in 2008 had a major impact on the market, and Irish buyers all but disappeared. We made the decision to close the business and go our separate ways, although my Spanish partner continued working with international clients from across the world. During this time, I shifted focus back home and spent several years as a property developer in Northern Ireland, building high-end homes for the luxury market.

Even while working locally, my interest in Spain never faded. I stayed in touch with my old partner and maintained strong connections within the Spanish real estate sector, always keeping an eye on opportunities and developments in regions like the Costa Blanca.
